At East Ringwood Dental Clinic our goal is to provide quality dental healthcare to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience other patients and dental staff.
Dental appointment times are limited and in high demand. Please kindly take some time to familiarise yourself with our appointment policy. Thank you.
Dental appointments are confirmed 2 days prior to your appointment date. Please kindly ensure to confirm your attendance. If we do not receive confirmation of your attendance, your appointment may be automatically cancelled.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments and late cancellations will incur a fee. Late arrivals may also incur an additional fee.

Late Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before an appointment. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, the patient will incur the full appointment fee.
A late arrival, whereby the remaining allocated time is insufficient to complete the required service, will also be charged the full appointment fee.
