As of 11:59 Thursday, 27 May 2021, residents and businesses within the lockdown boundaries of Victoria will need to operate under circuit-breaker lockdown restrictions. At this stage, these restrictions are in place until 11:59 pm Thursday, 10 June 2021.
While Victorian dental practices are permitted to operate, they can only provide urgent and necessary dental care during the circuit-breaker lockdown. Under these restrictions, dental patients are able to visit their dentist for necessary dental care, even if the preferred dentist is more than 5km away.
These current Level 3 dental restrictions impact the services we can provide to you and your family during the current lockdown.
Please call our clinic on (03) 9870 8243 to discuss your dental needs and/or to arrange an appointment.
Visiting the dentist
It is safe to attend dental appointments (in accordance with current government restrictions), as dental practices have strict infection control procedures in place, and other measures to protect patients and staff.
If you have been to an exposure site, or been in contact with someone who has COVID-19 and are required to quarantine, or you are experiencing cold and flu symptoms, please delay your dental appointment and get tested for COVID-19. Please stay at home and isolate until you receive your test result. Please check the list of exposure sites listed here before attending the dental clinic. For further information, visit the Victorian Department of Health website or call the Victorian coronavirus hotline on 1800 675 398.
We look forward to seeing your friendly faces again soon.
Stay face and keep smiling (even behind your masks).
