Under current COVID-19 regulations, the following screening applies to all patients:

  1. Have you been in close contact with any confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19?
  2. Have you or anyone in your household been experiencing any cold and flu like symptoms in the past 14 days?
  3. Are you a healthcare, aged or residential aged care worker with direct patient contact? 
  4. Have you or anyone you have been in contact with over the past 14 days been to the exposure sites?  Please check the list of exposure sites here.
