Appointment Confirmation
Dental appointments are confirmed 2 days prior to your appointment date. Please kindly ensure to confirm your attendance. If we do not receive confirmation of your attendance, your appointment may be automatically cancelled.
Appointment Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments and late cancellations will incur a fee. Late arrivals may also incur an additional fee.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us on (03) 9870 8243 during our business hours. If necessary, please leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible. Alternatively, send us a message via our contact form.
Late Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before an appointment. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, the patient will incur the full appointment fee.
A late arrival, whereby the remaining allocated time is insufficient to complete the required service, will also be charged the full appointment fee.
